Leadership Mosaics contains real descriptive leadership cards and a 2' X 2" game board. Everyone who has used them say it is fun to complete. And, indeed, it is a method that mixes play with seriousness. But the most advantageous aspect of Leadership Mosaics is that it makes evalauotors (of themselves or others) think deeply about what people do exceptionally well and about areas that they may wish strengthen. When completed with others, it invites a constructive dialog. In that regard, Leadership Mosaics may be construed more as a developmental planning tool than an evaluation.

This is what we wanted when we created this. We wanted an an accurate, discriprtively rich instrument that would foster healthy reflection and personal growth, and that could not be used maliciously. In Leadership Mosaics, I believe we have found the ideal mechanism for self-discovery and personal improvement in leadership aptitutes.
