Carol Marcell is the founder of Marcell Coaching LLC, a thriving executive coaching practice dedicated to supporting leaders in navigating career challenges, transitions, and leadership development. Over the past 16 years, Carol Marcell has worked extensively with executive-level and C-suite clients to help them achieve their professional goals. Previously, Carol held roles at the Hay Group and William M. Mercer, where she was made Principal, specializing in organization design, compensation, performance management, and talent strategy. Carol began her career with a degree in Economics and Spanish from Boston College and subsequently earned an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School, concentrating on the management of organizations and human resource management. Carol is a professionally certified executive coach from NYU and an avid skier, tennis player, and theater-goer.

Tim Murray is CEO of Cardinal Virtues Consulting, Inc with over 20 years of executive leadership experience and broad array of financial experience. Tim is the former CEO and currently, a Board director, at Aluminium Bahrain (Alba). Alba is the largest smelter in the world ex-China with annual sales of approximately $5 billion. Under Tim’s leadership, Alba successfully completed a $3 billion expansion project implemented over 4 years and Tim is the subject of a Harvard case study, “Managing Blackout at Alba,” focused on his leadership during a crisis situation. Prior to joining Alba, Tim spent 10 years with ARC Automotive where in his last role he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He played a key role in the building of greenfield manufacturing facilities in both Mexico and China. Tim is a guest lecturer at Harvard and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University as well as a degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University. He is also a CPA and speaks basic Arabic. Tim is the author of the acclaimed, “CEO Words of Wisdom (WoWs),” which is considered a must-read leadership book.

Josh is the Chairman of the Global Leadership Council—an international network of specialists in leadership and organizational transformation. He provides advanced training in coaching and mentoring and serves as a Master Coach Supervisor for the European Coaching and Mentoring Council. Josh has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams in multinational companies. His clients include more than 50 of the Fortune 100 across multiple for-profit and non-profit industries including NASA and the International Monetary Fund. He has contributed to the Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and NPR, and appeared on Fox News and Voice America. He speaks and writes about Board effectiveness at the Stanford’s Directors College and The Corporate Board. Josh graduated from Yale University with distinction. He obtained his Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from New York University. Josh also created the first Master’s Degree Program in Executive Coaching in the United States, is a virtuoso violinist, and the best-selling author of Mindshifting: Focus for Performance.

Emma Browning is a management consultant with almost 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of organization design and talent strategy. She is passionate about creating productive organizations, enabling innovation, and changing systems. Emma founded Paradox Consulting Partners in 2016. As the leader of a Certified B Corporation, she is passionate about the capacity for business to create positive impact and change. Prior to starting the company, she spent a decade at a large national HR consulting firm. She has consulted to clients in a number of industries including software, technology, bioscience, finance, insurance, manufacturing, education, and healthcare. Her past clients include a number of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies and household names such as Microsoft, Cisco, Caterpillar, and the National Football League (NFL). Emma holds a BA from Wake Forest University and MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She has a Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family and exploring the dynamic business and arts scene in the North Carolina Triangle.

Ngoc Dinh is an accomplished technology executive with a proven track record of delivering transformative business outcomes across startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. With extensive experience in SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and digital transformation, Ngoc has successfully guided global organizations in leveraging technology to achieve strategic goals. Prior to joining Leadership Mosaics, Ngoc held leadership roles at Microsoft, Verisk Glia, and Ion Trading Group, where she led customer success, digital transformation initiatives, and platform adoption for enterprise clients. Her innovative strategies in go-to-market planning, cross-functional collaboration, and end-user engagement have driven significant growth and operational excellence. Her contributions have earned her recognition, including Microsoft's Gold Club Award (an honor bestowed on the top 1% of employees). Ngoc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Community Health from Tufts University and is certified in Change Management (ProSci) and advanced SaaS platform fundamentals. As COO, she brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to help Leadership Mosaics scale and thrive in a competitive marketplace.Ngoc is an enthusiastic hockey parent, creative craftsperson, and restless entrepreneur.

Michael is a leader in the human resource field and has spent more than 30 years consulting and educating boards and senior executives on a myriad of human capital matters. Michael has held leadership positions in a number of prominent global consulting firms, including President of Human Capital at Promontory Financial Group (now an IBM company). He is the author of 7 business books on leadership and organization development including The Wisdom of Bees and Organizations for People. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the Yale School of Medicine, where he teaches, researches, and consults on statistics and a broad range of human resources topics. Michael has appeared regularly on major news and radio outlets such as CNBC, CBS, and Fox, and has been the keynote speaker at national and international events hosted by the United States Department of the Interior, the Financial Times, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the Henry Jackson Society of Parliament. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Doctor of Philosophy in social psychology and quantitative methods from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Michael enjoys the arts, has written 4 children’s books, and is ok speaking Italian.
