Carol Marcell is the founder of Marcell Coaching LLC, an executive coaching practice focused on leaders managing high-stakes transitions and complex organizational dynamics. Over the past 16+ years, she has worked with executive- and C-suite clients, blending strategic insight with a whole-life approach to sustained performance.
Her earlier roles at Hay Group and Mercer centered on organization design, compensation, performance management, and talent strategy. Carol holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and is a professionally certified coach through NYU.

Tim Murray is CEO of Cardinal Virtues Consulting, Inc., bringing over two decades of CEO and CFO experience across global industrial organizations. As CEO of Aluminium Bahrain, he led a $3B expansion, implemented the award-winning "Project Titan" performance program, and oversaw Alba's London IPO. His crisis leadership is the subject of the Harvard Business School case Managing Blackout at Alba.
Tim previously held executive roles at ARC Automotive and continues to lecture on leadership and operations. He is a CPA, adjunct professor at Susquehanna University, and author of CEO Words of Wisdom.

Her work spans organization design, talent systems, DEI-aligned practices, and culture evolution. She holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and is an active civic leader in the Research Triangle region.

Joshua Ehrlich is an executive coach, psychologist, and founder of the Global Leadership Council, an international network focused on mindful leadership and organizational transformation. He has coached hundreds of senior leaders, including CEOs, boards, and global division heads, on presence, impact, and performance under pressure.
He founded the Middlesex University Master's Program in Executive Coaching—the first U.S. graduate program dedicated to executive coaching—and authored MindShifting: Focus for Performance. His research at Yale and NYU clarified how stress affects effectiveness and how leaders can train attention to enhance performance.
